The Story Museum in Oxford is looking for an experienced events co-ordinator to oversee their programme of events scheduled for the summer season and to contribute to the development of their events strategy for the future.
This is a fixed term temporary role for 4 months with the potential to extend. Salary will be £19,000-21,000 pro rata.
You will need to have a proactive approach to your work, be brilliantly organised and an excellent communicator, with the energy and skills to handle a multi-faceted job.
You will be responsible for co-ordinating and expanding the content for the current planned live events programme, as well as helping to develop new programme content for October 2017-April 2018.
You will also coordinate the Museum’s own private fundraising, PR and communications events.
This is a fixed term contract to cover a transition period during which time they will be reviewing the programme and events requirements for the Museum going forwards.
