HBU-UCLan School of Media, Communications & Creative Industries is looking to recruit a Lecturer to coordinate and teach students primarily on the Introduction to Media Module to 1st year HBU-UCLan students (foundation year 0).

HBU-UCLan School of Media, Communications & Creative Industries was established with UCLan and Hebei University, Hebei China in 2014 and the first cohort of students enrolled in September 2015.

The joint non-independent Status School received approval from the Chinese Ministry of Education and presents an exciting opportunity for a Lecturer to be involved.

Hebei University (HBU) is located in Baoding, approximately 40 minutes by the new fast train, from Beijing. The city is becoming a commuter base for Beijing and is in a Province with a total population of over 77 million people.

The joint school will accommodate up to 800 students when at full capacity and has in the region of 700 students enrolled currently. Students on the below programmes will have the option of completing the full degree in China or to split it between China and UCLan’s Preston Campus.
