Producer (BBC Creative) – BBC – London W12

Job Introduction
We are looking for a talented Producer based in London to join BBC CREATIVE, the BBC’s new in-house Creative Agency.

We create promotional campaigns and branding for BBC programmes and services; our work is showcased on air every day if you look between the programmes. Under the Creative Leadership of Aidan McClure & Laurent Simon, who joined us last month from Adam and Eve, we aim to deliver world class creative across all platforms.Â

Main Responsibilities
The Producer will lead the production of content-based and conceptual promotional campaigns devised by BBC Creative ensuring that all output is high quality and is delivered on time and to budget.

You will manage large-scale projects that engage our audiences across all media, commissioning and briefing staff and contributors. You will set up studio and location shoots, ensuring all material delivered is editorially accurate and technically compliant.

The Ideal Candidate
You must have an excellent understanding of, and track record in, the production of promotions and/ or commercials using the latest production technology. This will include experience in planning a production timeline, managing shoots, managing post production and delivering completed projects on time and on budget. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships and negotiate with stakeholders and internal/external contractors. You will have a good knowledge of the production and directing community, allowing you to source and commission the right solution for each campaign.
